Lowman, our newest Laveen Lions Club member, and wife of Past King Lion Bill Lowman, is a first generation born here in the United States from Norway, and has an identical twin sister with 3 other siblings. Ingried has one son and two grandchildren whom she absolutely adores. She is co-owner of Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home, (she loves her work), and an active member of the Laveen and South Mountain Village communities.

Ingried is a 5 time recipient of the “Kiwanian of the Year” award, a two time recipient of the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal, (2004 and 2005), is in her second year as President of the South Mountain YMCA, (and getting ready to serve a 3rd term), is on the South Mountain Community College Board, the Fall Festival Committee for South Mountain, Host of the Annual Pioneer Luncheon, a Block Watch member, past President of the South Mountain Chamber of Commerce, and chaired our newest Laveen Lions Foundation project, the Child Shopping Spree.
